​How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order please indicate by email the item number, color and size. Most flowers can be sized to order. Items take approximately 7-10 business days to complete.
**Prices vary based on size, customization and the time frame of order fulfilment.
Expedited orders are welcomed! We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees will apply.

A picture of the item(s) will be provided for approval prior to completion of the order.

Storage/Care Instructions
La Leis fabric and leather flowers are handcrafted, fragile and require special care. Do not fold or crease. DO NOT WASH, iron or dry clean! Contact with water or any other liquid will result in ruined shape and smudged colors.
Please store flowers in a spacious box with a lid to protect them from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. Following these simple rules will ensure that you will enjoy them for years to come.

Payment and Shipping
Once payment is received, the item(s)will be shipped to the address provided. The tracking number will be sent to confirm that the product(s) has been mailed. USPS is the standard method of shipment unless a specific request for UPS or FedEx is requested. Shipping costs will be reflective of the method of shipment requested.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. When the order is placed, an invoice will be sent by email. Once the payment is received, the item(s) will be shipped.

No refunds or returns. All sales are final.
